Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable unless explicitly purchased with a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. This guarantee applies only to specific products that include the guarantee as part of their purchase terms.

If you purchased a digital product with the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee and are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund by contacting us at contact@focusflow.store within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will only be processed upon completion of our feedback form to help us improve our products.

Physical Items

Damaged or Missing Items:

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is missing from your order, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at contact@focusflow.store with:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photos if applicable

Replacement Process:

If your request is accepted, we will provide instructions for processing the replacement. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

FocusFlow does not accept returns or refunds on digital products that do not include the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.

Return Eligibility for Physical Items:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Requests for replacements must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item.

Refunds for Approved Requests:

Refunds will be issued only after the item has been inspected and the feedback form completed for guaranteed digital products. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
